Welcome to Sacred Haven

A place for women to slow down and listen to the body

Many women arrive here after life has moved on and they find themselves standing at a threshold.

From the outside, their lives may look settled and together.

But inside the body, something is still present.

Tension that never quite softened.
Grief that was never fully tended.
A heartbreak the body hasn’t yet let go of.
A body that learned to protect — and hasn’t stood down yet.
A knowing that something finished,
but the body hasn’t caught up.

This isn’t something to fix or figure out.
It’s simply something to notice.

When the body is given time and support,
it can begin to soften.

Not by effort.
Not by explanation.
But by being met — exactly where you are.

Sacred Haven is a place for that meeting.

Here, there is room to slow down.
To listen to the body without urgency.
To let what’s been held find its own rhythm of settling.

Nothing is asked of you.
There’s no pace to keep.
No version of yourself to become.

Just a quiet space for slowing down.
For listening beneath the mind.
For allowing what has been present
to soften, unwind, and integrate.

Somatic & Myofascial Release Therapist.

My work is rooted in somatic, body-based support and over a decade of experience walking alongside women through periods of transition, overwhelm, and emotional processing.

I’ve seen how often women carry more than they realize — holding themselves together, overthinking, and staying in patterns that no longer feel true, even when life looks “fine” from the outside.

My approach is slow, relational, and guided by the body. Rather than pushing for change or insight, we create the conditions for the nervous system to settle — allowing clarity, ease, and connection to emerge in their own time.

Hi There, my name is Kristen.

WAYS TO WORK WITH ME

  • Soma Sessions

Somatic Support for Women in Transition

1:1 Soma Sessions are individual, one-time somatic sessions for women who sense that something hasn’t fully settled — even though life may have moved on.

These sessions offer trauma-informed, body-based support for moments of transition, overwhelm, grief, heartbreak, or nervous system activation. Rather than talking through problems or analyzing the past, we work with the body directly — allowing what’s been held to gently come into awareness and resolve.

Our time together is guided by attuned presence, gentle inquiry, and somatic awareness. We follow what the nervous system is ready to release, without force, pressure, or agenda. Often, what needs attention is already known beneath the surface, simply waiting to be met in a safe and regulated space.

When the body is given time and support, it can begin to soften what it has been carrying. Emotional charge may ease. Mental looping can slow. Many women leave feeling more grounded, settled, and clear — without needing to “fix” themselves or push for answers.

You don’t need to prepare, perform, or know what you’re working on. These sessions meet you exactly where you are.

These sessions are offered as standalone sessions, with no ongoing commitment. They are especially supportive during life transitions, periods of emotional processing, or when the nervous system needs space to settle.

For women seeking deeper, ongoing somatic support, Nourished offers a longer-term container for continued integration and embodied healing.

  • Nourished

    Long-term 1:1 somatic support

Nourished is a longer-term, one-on-one container for women who feel ready to slow down and stay with themselves over time.

This container is designed for women who feel called into a slower, sustained process of healing and self-connection. Rather than focusing on quick change or performance-based goals, this work honors the body’s natural pace and capacity for integration.

Through somatic awareness, gentle inquiry, and attuned presence, we work with the body, emotions, and nervous system to support regulation, processing, and embodied clarity. Over time, this allows unresolved experiences, emotional patterns, and relational dynamics to settle more fully in the body.

Many women enter Nourished while navigating life transitions, relationship shifts, chronic stress, or a sense that their body is still holding past experiences even though life has moved forward.

This long-term somatic support offering is best explored after an initial 1:1 Soma Session
